Those researchers are finally study that people who lack of vitamin d deficiency actually easy to weight gain. As well as applicable too much vitamin d or taking vitamin d 50 000 units would be a opportunity for rapid losing weight. But surely taking high dose of vitamin D must be according to doctor’s recommendation.
It also happened for women get obesity or too much weight gain; obviously they are also have vitamin d deficiency.
