Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of vitamin D is usually always labeled on vitamins products. But sometimes vitamin D RDA on each label can be incorrect value and sometimes may confuse consumer who buy the products.

- Baby from 0-12 months should take 25 microgram / mcg (1000 IU per day)
- An infant and adults people should take 50 microgram / mcg 2000 IU per day twice from baby needs
- For the pregnant women should take 150 microgram / mcg or about 6000 IU per day
