Should You Try Vitamin E for Face Treatments
The good news is since Vitamin E is very safe to use on your face there is no reason not to try it, with caution. Before using vitamin E on your face it would highly advisable to do a small test. Use a small amount of vitamin E on skin on the inside surface of your arm for a few days. Note whether you experience any outbreaks, discomfort, or rashes. You would prefer to have a mile outbreak on your arm than on your face.
While many people choose to use Vitamin E capsules intended for ingestion as their source of Vitamin E oil there is a better choice. You can purchase bottles of Vitamin E oil which are intended for topical application. The problem with the vitamin capsules is the chance other ingredients have been added to aid in absorption or taste. Those ingredients could cause a skin outbreak leading you to a wrong conclusion.
