While many people choose to use Vitamin E capsules intended for ingestion as their source of Vitamin E oil there is a better choice.  You can purchase bottles of Vitamin E oil which are intended for topical application.  The problem with the vitamin capsules is the chance other ingredients have been added to aid in absorption or taste.  Those ingredients could cause a skin outbreak leading you to a wrong conclusion.
