Vitamin water commercial are every media which on television, radio, paper ads, billboards, banner, etc. For a while those vitamin water ads convincing stories about healthy drink and make people keeps health every day. But if you look into the vitamin water ingredients in the bottle, you will surprise that not all vitamin water ingredients are benefit for human health. So the next question is vitamin water ingredients really safe?

For example strawberry vitamin water, the ingredients says “only natural taste” but the facts are that drinks contains less than 1.1% fruit juice and the other are contain mostly sugar, distilled water and de ionized water.

Mostly the label of vitamin water ingredients contains 2.5 servings and 12 g sugar. This could trick customers since total sugar in the bottle would be 12 multiply with 2.5 equals to 30 grams sugar and that’s a lot of sugar inside the vitamin water bottle. The other vitamin water ingredients are artificial color, de-mineralized water just like liquid cotton candy. And where is the “Healthy Ingredients” are? It looks like the “Healthy Ingredients” too expensive for vitamin water isn’t? The manufacturer of vitamin water says about the healthy drinks, but I say vitamin water is really deceiving and bad product.

In some vitamin water like strawberries vitamin water labels says that the bottle contains 10% of each vitamin A, B3, B6 and 30% of vitamin C. But unfortunately strawberries are not containing this amount of vitamins.

Those vitamins inside the vitamin water bottle are not easily absorbed by human body, since vitamins needs a live enzymes to absorbed by human cells which vitamin water doesn’t have. Live enzymes which act as catalysts will work together with vitamin and absorbed inside human cells. Without any live enzymes those vitamins inside vitamin water ingredients will waste into toilet. Mostly people think as many as they drink vitamin water will make them healthy. But I would say as many as they drink it, they just eating cotton candy and nothing health benefit about it.

Nowadays people are more like buying vitamin water in the market store it in the refrigerator and drink it anytime they want to. But I prefer make my own vitamin water by juicing fruits or vegetables and drink it immediately. It may a little bothering me, but I think it just only a habit. The more you do it, the more you used. With my own vitamin water juice, not only the vitamin absorbed by my body but also taste and fresh the vitamin water juice I feel every day. So I just keep fruits and vegetables in the refrigerator but not vitamin water bottle in the market. See yaa :-)
